BRT shipment delivered but I didn't receive anything
Summary: chabbkst0 reports that a BRT shipment is marked as delivered, but they didn't receive anything.
Good morning, on Friday, January 2nd I went to the BRT depot (Via Fratelli di Coronata in Genoa) at 2:15 PM.
The shipment was in the stage: “The shipment is at the delivery branch.”
I said I’d try going myself since it still didn’t show as out for delivery, at least I’d take a burden off them…
I went to the guy at reception, showed him the code and ID. He printed me a sheet and told me to go to the warehouse.
The warehouse worker looked for it but told me to come back the next day because he hadn’t found it… that same evening the package updated and became “DELIVERED”
But it was NEVER OUT FOR DELIVERY.
I guess someone in the warehouse took it…
Today being Saturday, the warehouse is closed.
It contained a cell phone… what would you do in my place? On eBay it shows as delivered yesterday at 10 AM. Yesterday at that time I was at home….
