priority shipping
Good evening everyone, I sent it, after the buyer insisted, by priority shipping, and now, not having received the package, they are demanding a full refund. Besides that, I took a photo of the package. How should I handle this? Thanks

The goods, according to eBay rules, travel entirely at the seller’s risk. The only acceptable proof is delivery status or proof of delivery. Your photos won’t be of any use.
Tracked shipping was there to protect you, not the buyer. If you gave up that protection, now you can’t complain.
