hi forum, I sold an item but it hasn't arrived and after 10 days from the tracking delivery estimate the buyer rightly asked for a refund
I bought the shipping through eBay shipping on Packlink, fully protected
eBay gives me 5 days before stepping in and refunding the money, while Packlink says it takes 7/14 days to investigate and locate the parcel and possibly reimburse me
if I refund and then the parcel arrives, I'm basically screwed
what should I do? is it eBay that has to handle it and tell me when to refund, or Packlink that manages the shipping?

Mentore7 months agoThere’s not much you can do, if you don’t issue the refund yourself eBay will do it for you, with a resulting defect on your performance.
Then as for the shipping, you’ll have to deal with Packlink... eBay has nothing to do with shipping.
