eBay ticket for shipping of damaged goods received

Good morning, I sold an item and shipped it through the eBay shipping service.
The buyer received the goods damaged; I wanted to file a complaint.
I went to the appropriate section of the site and filled out the relevant form, but it won’t let me submit the ticket (it keeps saying " An error occurred The ticket could not be created. Please try again."
How can I do this, is there another way or contact I can use?
It’s the first time this has happened to me and I don’t know how to proceed...

OP1 year agoI've read the articles, the problem is that I fill out the form and when I click create that message appears and the ticket doesn't get created
