return tracking that isn't updating
I made a return last week, the package was delivered but the tracking is still stuck at awaiting shipment. obviously the refund would start from the delivery date, and considering this is a substantial amount I wouldn't want to wait weeks...

Mentore1 year agoIf the tracking doesn’t update, it means you didn’t enter it correctly.
You need to enter the tracking number and the courier name correctly.
