Tracking shows it was delivered, but I didn't receive anything | Questions and answers among users

I made a fairly significant purchase from Germany too, the tracking says delivered but I haven’t received anything. The seller used this Hermes as the courier and the package that arrived in Italy was handed over to HR Parcels, a courier I’d never heard of before and, looking at the reviews, doesn’t exactly reassure me either. I received a notification from HR Parcels giving me the ticket number for the complaint (so now they’re aware of it) but we’re in the long Immaculate Conception weekend and even the seller suggested I wait until next week, he showed me the address on the package which is correct, at the moment he seems like someone willing to help me, but my doubt now is this: since I have no proof that I actually didn’t receive the package, should I prepare myself for having lost both the package and the money? Can I do nothing on eBay?
