SCAM?
hello
I bought a video landline phone:
- first shipment arrived without the handset and handset cable
- second shipment the handset arrived
- third shipment the handset cable arrived
the phone doesn't work and in the meantime I can no longer return it;
if I want to leave feedback I can't: ebay can't find the transaction but I have it in my purchases;
what should I do?

Mentore2 years agoCan’t you return it through eBay’s procedure because more than 30 days have passed since the first package arrived?

You can still request a return through the payment method you used:
Feedback can only be left within 60 days of purchase.

if the phone was already incomplete on the first delivery, you should have opened the correct return procedure and waited for the seller to fully resolve the problem... or asked for eBay's intervention if the problem dragged on over time...
If you purchased as a guest, you can't leave feedback.
Try contacting the payment method, try the dispute route on PayPal or a chargeback on your card.
