scam?
It seems to me that EBay supports certain companies that scam customers by siding with them. I ordered, they shipped to a ridiculous address; the courier, unable to contact me, sent it back to the sender, who refuses the request to resend it to the correct address while paying the shipping costs.
EBay opened a dispute and closed it saying that since the item was shipped they cannot issue a refund (???).
So dear companies, take the money, ship wherever you want but not to the right place, since the goods will come back and you keep the money with EBay's blessing.
Never see you again.

Mentore3 years agoThe shipping address is generated by the system and is the one you registered on your eBay account.
If eBay resolved the dispute in the seller’s favor, it means that (for them) they shipped it to the address you provided.
If you believe the address was instead incorrect, file an appeal request (maybe by first contacting eBay customer service through the link you’ll find at the bottom of the attached page). https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/fai-appello-contro-la-decisione-di-ebay-su-una-restituzione-o-un-oggetto-non-ricevuto-acquirenti?id=4039&st=3&pos=3&query=Fai%20appello%20contro%20la%20decisione%20di%20eBay%20su%20una%20restituzione%20o%20un%20oggetto%20non%20ricevuto%20-%20acquirenti&intent=appello&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1308
