Buyer scam
Hello. I sold a product and the buyer claims the box was empty. (The thing seemed strange to me) but not being 100% sure
I sent another item on the same day of the dispute 19/11.
Delivered to destination on 21/11.
Within the time limits indicated in the sales listing. I would also like to point out the rudeness of the person calling me a scammer, and threatening to be a carabiniere. Now he has the goods and he also gets a refund! Can I protect myself?

Mentore1 year agoYes, if the communications were made via chat on eBay, you can prove that you sent the replacement item.
Contact support and explain the issue.
