Hello, I sold an inner tunnel for a Uno Turbo in Finland, brand new from the time (made at least 30 years ago), in perfect condition and never installed. As soon as he received it, the buyer sent an email saying that the item is used, scratched, and the plastic is sticky, which is absolutely not true. I also have the photos taken before shipping. He insists on calling me a scammer, but I really think he's the one who is, since he asked me for a 50 euro refund while threatening to leave negative feedback. Maybe he's used to dealing with Chinese sellers; on Amazon or Aliexspress you just have to say any old nonsense to get a refund, but that's not how it works here and this is definitely not the case! I'm not okay with this because I am a very honest person, while it's obvious that he isn't. How should I behave?

Mentore6 months agoIt being sticky can happen. Almost all plastics from those years degrade and end up sticky and easily scratched.
As for the transaction, you have to consider the fact that with distance sales it is practically impossible to prove the seller's good faith. On any platform, in the event of a dispute over non-conformity, you're forced to take the item back (at your own expense) and issue a refund.
It's always better to try to reach an agreement in order to minimize the damage.
