The seller won't give me the invoice for the purchase

Good morning everyone! It’s not the first time that eBay sellers “forget” to issue the invoice, but then after asking a second time they do it....... but this time I found a tough nut, even though I asked for it before placing the order and even though it says in the listing that an invoice is provided, this is where he’s taking the mickey out of me, always saying I’ll do it tomorrow....I’ll do it tomorrow, but nothing arrives!
Unfortunately I bought material for work, I’ve recorded the outgoing payment from the business account and invoiced it to my client.....but I’m missing the purchase invoice from that piece of s....... eBay seller.
How do you recommend I proceed? I can’t get in touch with eBay, it always redirects me to reading articles, I can’t find a direct email or a phone number.....do I contact the tax authorities directly?

Mentore1 year agoIf you can’t return the item (missing the invoice and therefore not compliant), I’d say reporting it to the Guardia di Finanza is the best solution.
