Seller first sends an offer and then cancels the paid order
Good morning everyone,
I've been an eBay user for a while and something like this had never happened to me, because a Top-rated seller sends me a discount offer, an exaggerated one too, I accept and pay but then he cancels the order and refunds me.
And I end up screwed because I’m left with the Vespa engine open and without the gearbox and other gears I bought.
Can eBay not force the seller to honor the commitments made?

Mentore2 years agoIf the offer was outrageous, evidently it had been made wrong.
He canceled the order, taking responsibility for the mistake, and ebay can't do anything.
