I’m new to Ebay and I hope someone can help me understand better how it works.I’ll explain my problem.I sell an item on Sunday and I prepare the package, print the label with ebay delivery standard for a tracked and insured shipment for 35 euros. The package is taken in charge by the post office on the 19th and was supposed to be delivered on 23/1. I check the tracking and see that the shipment is listed as “in transit on the 23rd”; today I check and see the message “the courier has not provided an updated expected delivery date”.I’m wondering what I should do? This is my second sale and I don’t know how I should behave. I also sent a message to the customer. If this package doesn’t arrive, do I lose the money from the sale? I also tried opening a ticket with ebay shipping. If you can help me understand how to handle this, I’d really appreciate it.
