Am I the only one having problems today with creating Bartolini labels through eBay Shipping?
It keeps telling me "Processing in Progress" for almost two hours.

It keeps telling me "Processing in Progress" for almost two hours.

·3 years agoGenerally, the BRT label is generated immediately after payment.
Sometimes it can happen that there is a technical problem and that even though the payment has gone through successfully, the label is not generated for you.
In these cases you need to go to spedizioni.ebay.it, log in, and then, next to the shipment, click on view details
After that you need to click on: Other actions --> Create support ticket, where you write that the label was not generated for you, and you will receive a new label by email from the operator who will take your request in charge.
