Good morning, is it possible to use your own funds in the balance to make purchases, without having to move them to a current account?

·1 year agobut it's absurd they don't accept the card I linked even though it has an IBAN, they tell me to verify it, which I did, but no email tells me that the check is in progress..I have to ship a package and if the verification doesn't go through, what do I do>>' the money in the balance stays there and I can't even use it to buy? so do I cancel the sale?

·1 year agoIf you cancel the sale, you’ll have to refund it out of your own pocket... you can’t refund with blocked funds.
Contact support and make sure to provide a valid IBAN in your name... something you should have done before you started selling!
