Tracking Inpost su Ebay.it
Good morning, I have sold several items and shipped them via Inpost.
Unfortunately, due to a system anomaly, eBay considers it Inpost UK and therefore the tracking appears to be nonexistent or incorrect. I tried to report it but nothing has changed yet.
All of this delays the receipt of payments made by buyers.
Has this ever happened to anyone?!

OP1 year agoAbsolutely not, I informed eBay but they couldn't care less several times.

·2 years agoas indicated by Sika and as reported in numerous posts, payment is not linked to the delivery of the item and the relative tracking, but to the frequency or otherwise of sales made on the platform...... basically, someone who sells rarely is considered the same as a new seller if they drop below certain thresholds..... and therefore funds are blocked for at least 15 days .....
however, the tracking problem may have repercussions in another way: so, in fact, it is a serious problem for the seller..........

I sold goods shipping with Poste Italiane or other couriers, entering the tracking code, and after it showed as shipped with the link on the My eBay page I received the payment notification, while since the Inpost link appears to be incorrect on eBay’s side, the payment arrives to me about 15 days after the purchase.

·2 years agoif that's really the case, then maybe eBay has made changes (of which, however, I have no evidence with other couriers; Inpost instead, personally, I've never used, because I consider it one of those cases of "if you know it, you avoid it..... " )
so just to confirm: have you recently shipped with different couriers ( Poste, other couriers and Inpost for example ) and ONLY Inpost creates the payment delay ?

Help us understand, did you ship “with Poste Italiane or other couriers” even before receiving notification of payment for the item?
Also, which link are you talking about, given that you have to pay for the shipping yourself and at most you bought it on Packlink?

·2 years agoYou are a currently infrequent seller, so delivery does not affect the unlocking of funds, which are preemptively blocked for at least 15 days.
