EDENBRICO RELIABILITY
Hello,
I made the payment on May 20 (€300), the item is marked as shipped but I don’t have any shipping info!
The seller (a company from Belgium) replies sporadically, justifying the delay because of holidays and long weekends, but hasn’t made it clear whether they actually shipped it!!
What can I do?
Obviously I’m interested in the item and I had even planned on waiting a month as long as it arrives, so I wouldn’t want to cancel the order!

have you noticed the processing times with the estimated delivery date?
All of their listings have a timeframe of up to 45 days... so if you bought it on May 20, you have to wait until the beginning of July... after that date, if you still haven't received anything, you can open a report:

how can I see the fulfillment times?
the only time I saw the estimated delivery date was at the time of purchase and it was July 4 (as you had rightly guessed).. then I can’t see it anymore!
And the thing that seems strange to me is that it shows as shipped since June 1 but the shipment tracking isn’t visible
is there a way for me to check these things (expected delivery and tracking) another way??

·3 years agoIf the seller doesn't provide you with that information, there's no way you can track the package... which comes from Belgium.

·3 years agoFor the most varied reasons that can happen behind the back of a buyer or a seller in an online transaction, the imperative these days is to minimize unforeseen problems. Especially abroad, sellers are often laconic, very few words. Even here, of course, it happens to ask the Almighty for help to get some information. Generally, sellers know that anything they clarify can be used against them. And they are often monosyllabic. While the buyer is eager for certainties and details about the purchase. I would buy less if I were a demanding buyer. I would do a big screening first. Best regards.
