Monthly sales limit .... but I haven't sold anything for years and now ...
After so many years of using eBay to make purchases, now I need (as I did in the past, but a long time ago) to sell a few items
But the system, after I entered my IBAN details... gives me a limit of 1 for a cost no greater than $10....
but if I read correctly, that limit doesn't seem right
why do I have this limit???
does it reset next month?
what is the correct monthly limit?
thanks

·2 years agoIf you have a $10 limit, evidently you are seen as an old DORMANT account that wants to start selling again.
Let’s say that this is not exactly a common situation, where a 24-year-old account dormant for several years decides to start selling again.
If you have a restriction of only 10 dollars / euros, it means that your account has been flagged as a potentially risky account.........
As daxsisko says, you need to contact support and understand what they can do to restore the situation.
They will most likely ask you a series of questions at the end of which it is hoped you can be reinstated.
In that case let us know what support told you.
Best regards.

·2 years agothe only one who can answer you is eBay support, obviously you’ll have to request a bump in the selling limits at the same time.....

·2 years agoNOTE: to request the increase in limits you have to go to the "SELLER DASHBOARD" (which obviously must be activated) and scroll down to the bottom left of the page, click on Request an increase in selling limits and follow the procedure
then for further clarification, as mentioned, contact support....
