Resend another item to the buyer
Good evening,
I sold some plants a few weeks ago, but I find that some of them have not taken root. I intended to send new seedlings to the buyer, who would pay me only the shipping costs, but how can I get the money credited to me from the customer through eBay?
And can I make the new shipment using the eBay shipping system or not?
I found nothing on the order page, and I wouldn't want to do something wrong, since this is the first time I've had a problem like this.

·2 years agoEbay shipping can be used regardless of the orders placed on ebay.

Through eBay you can create a custom listing made specifically for the buyer, who could pay a specific amount by mutual agreement with you.
In that case you will send the new seedlings and enter the corresponding tracking code.
There are no alternative solutions except for the one where the buyer purchases from you a new "item" among those you already have for sale and then you refund them the difference as agreed before the purchase.
