I purchased an item where it was specified, in the payment form, that: No additional customs fees will be applied.The postman, upon delivery of the item, however demanded 6.76 euros for customs fees and handling charges for the case.I called eBay's call center twice for explanations but, despite being assured that they had made a note of it and that I would be contacted again, no one ever got back to me.After that I also wrote to eBay but never received a reply.At this point I would like to know the meaning of the above wording: No additional customs fees will be applied, since maybe I misunderstood it.
