Good morning.I bought a book for 20 euros more than a month ago. Not having received it in a reasonable time, I opened a dispute. In response to this dispute, the seller replied rudely that the sales conditions had been clear, and I replied that I only needed the peace of mind of knowing whether the item would arrive. Unfortunately, the dispute remained open, even though the shipment had taken place. Then, the seller started writing to me to return the item: in fact, the report indicated a refund.Therefore, we agreed that I would return the refund directly and that in the meantime I would try to contact Ebay. In reality, I received no refund and I was not able to contact Ebay.At this point, I received warnings of a complaint to the postal police from the seller, which are intimidating me. I would like to know how I should handle this, please.I have always found this platform to be good and I am sorry about what is happening.Thank you.
