Hello everyone,this has been happening for a while now: after I enter the weight and dimensions of the package, "..oops something went wrong.." keeps popping up over and over and it won’t let me pay. Tonight I then tried with my iPhone and after several attempts it worked, but look at the shipping label, my surname is incomplete! What will the courier say? I can write the address on the package, but I’m not sure. And why these difficulties lately? Thanks to anyone who can reply, and best regards.
