Last month I sold a collectible photo on ebay for 40 euros. The buyer says they haven’t received it, the tracking has been stuck since December 23. I contacted ebay because 3 days ago the buyer told me they still hadn’t received the item, and ebay told me to file a claim with packlink, which was rejected without giving any reasons and without opening any internal investigation. They don’t even respond to messages anymore, what can I do now?
