InPost shipping problem - mobile number and email don't match and the item shows as to be shipped on eBay | Payments and Shipping

Good morning,a couple of weeks ago I completed a purchase on eBay. The seller gave me a tracking code and shipped with InPost. Here’s where the problem starts. On the eBay page it still shows as awaiting shipment, while on InPost it shows as properly delivered, but the problem is that I didn’t receive the PIN code for pickup. Today I went to the pickup point, the item is actually marked as delivered and is there, but the clerk told me that the phone number and email are different from mine. I contacted InPost support and they told me that to get the PIN I should contact eBay and have the delivery phone number and email changed. But looking at my profile, those details are correct (just a week ago I completed another purchase on eBay and picked everything up normally). Any advice? Thanks a lot
