Hello, I bought an item and chose a pickup point. After about 10 days the parcel is not at the pickup point, the shipment (Italian post) has no tracking but only a shipping number (even though I paid €6), the pickup point tells me that they only handle Bartolini parcel lockers and do not accept packages or envelopes from the Post Office. Maybe Ebay should know that the pickup point suggested on the site is not correct.
