good evening everyone.as the title says, I'm having trouble tracking the shipment, which was sent 3 days ago, namely on 19.1.2024.The lady gave me the 15-digit numeric parcel ID code, plus the 7-digit sender ID. before asking the question, I read the open conversations on this topic.I went to advanced search and entered the 15-digit code in the third section, then I tried adding the sender ID as well. but nothing, it doesn't exist...and I don't even know which branch it's at now so I can call them if needed.is there a dedicated number?
