Hello, a buyer opened a dispute on 22/01/2024 for item not received, the item was shipped with PIEGO LIBRI ORDINARIO on 03/11/2023 (purchase date 01/11/2024) shipping method chosen by the user, among the shipping options REGISTERED shipping was also available, at the time of shipment I also sent the buyer a photo of the stamped envelope being mailed from the post office where the Poste Italiane postage label is clearly visible, showing the date and time of the shipment! How long after the shipping date can a buyer open a dispute for item not received? I would also like to point out that the dispute was filed at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday night... (which sounds a little strange to me) and since until now it had never happened to me that a PIEGO LIBRI ORDINARIO was not delivered after more than two months, I suspect that the buyer wants to take advantage of eBay's refund rules!
