Dear forum members,Recently I tried to buy a BN96-51850L board for my Samsung TV, but I had to give up because the seller refused to provide the configuration code printed on the board’s white label. This code, separate from the part number shown in the listing title, is essential to verify compatibility with my TV model.In response to my request, the seller said that the board is new and that the BN96-51850L code alone would be enough. However, according to what was told to me by a reliable technical source, Samsung specifically requires that configuration code to ensure compatibility.I am therefore writing to ask whether anyone knows Samsung’s official position on this point, or has had similar experiences.
