I made a purchase and it shows as delivered yesterday on 18/11, but nothing has arrived. Following the tracking on the courier’s website, to get further details, I’m asked for the delivery postal code. I enter it, but it says it’s wrong. The seller isn’t responding to my messages.What should I do?
