Hello everyone, I bought an item and waited well past the expected delivery date... after 2 weeks of waiting I contacted the seller, who assured me to wait until Wednesday and, if I still hadn’t received the item, he would refund me. I waited until the following Monday and opened a dispute for an item not received. The seller, who had practically stopped responding, rushed to provide a trackable code for another delivery, which was successful. I asked to have it checked and I checked myself with GLS, the courier, that the seller had provided that address and the courier delivered where it was supposed to, while the seller OBVIOUSLY blames the courier for a delivery error. In the end, the seller replied to my refund request by providing the usual shipping code to eBay, which thought it best to close the dispute in HIS favor without giving me a refund. Wasn’t it enough to check that the address he was supposed to ship to was OBVIOUSLY different from the one shown on the GLS website? A different country altogether!!
