Hello to the whole Community. I already mentioned, a few days ago, the fact that I had bought on the distant 3rd of June 2023 a G scale railway wagon model "LGB 43621", offered as a pre-order by a renowned German company, heavily present on eBay, MTS-Line (3337), for an amount of 221.04 euros including postage.The offer required full payment of the price in advance and shipment of the item by the fourth quarter of 2023 (the time when the manufacturer should have sent the model to MTS-Line). Well, for months now I have been flooding the company with emails urging them to fulfill their obligations since I have already paid everything ten months ago, but nothing, they no longer even reply to me. For them it is enough to have pocketed the money. The judgment is yours. What do you think? Fraud, unjust enrichment? And eBay does not guarantee me for a pre-order purchase (but it accepted publishing the seller's listing that provided for these conditions). This is how the trust of a customer who trusted is repaid!!!!!
