Hi everyone, I had an unpleasant surprise: a dispute was closed against me (the seller). After receiving the item, the user opened a dispute through Paypal because he claimed he had not received the goods. I provided Ebay with the shipping tracking as documentation. 2 months later, the dispute was closed in favor of the buyer. Without asking me for any further proof or anything else.The buyer was always unreachable and closed his account after literally stealing the goods from me. I tried to use the appeal that ebay mentions for sellers without "protection", certain I was in the right because I also have the document provided by Bartolini with the signed proof of delivery. Too bad that on the phone I was contacted by a not very professional operator who told me that I cannot open any appeal, because I had provided Bartolini's shipment ID, which does not return tracking results. But I had ALSO uploaded the document with BRT Code and the entire shipment tracking. But this document with the tracking number, she told me, does not count (then what is it requested for?).Now I wonder if I was unlucky twice, with the buyer and with the operator who contacted me? Is it possible that, having provided the tracking (I did not have the signature from Bartolini within the time limit I had to upload it) and now being in possession of the signed receipt as well, I can do nothing? What is the point of the appeal then if they do not let me provide further "evidence"? I should point out that I have been registered for years and, although I am not a professional seller, I have excellent reviews. While the buyer was new and has also disappeared.
