Account created after the purchase, but the order doesn’t appear on the profile | Questions and answers among users

I purchased a product without creating an account, I created it later! Package arrived but broken, the problem is that on my profile the purchase doesn’t show up... I tried to retrieve the order from some settings I found, but it says this (see attached photo).Where did I go wrong? How do I get the purchase to show up so I can make the return? Thanks to anyone who helps me!!!
