I think I received a fake Funko, how should I go about getting a refund without any hassle in the future

Good evening, I bought a Funko and when it arrived I had some doubts about its authenticity (it was supposed to come from a European country but on the package in the sender section it says Hong Kong). After various investigations on the web I discovered that it is a fake. I watched many videos that show the differences between original and fake and, unfortunately, mine falls into the second case. How should I deal with this? Some of my friends told me not to do the return and to contact the GdF...

Even though that would be the most correct procedure overall, I’d recommend reporting it to the GDF and any seizure only if you’re absolutely sure it’s a counterfeit (and it’s not certain that they’ll be able to certify it at the police station). Then, in the return dispute, attach a copy of the seizure report.
