Good morning everyone, I’d like to ask whether this same problem has happened to anyone else with shipping using Ebay-spedizioni. Basically, I bought the label to ship with BRT, but the package was not delivered for "incomplete address" even though in reality the buyer’s address was correct in the Ebay-spedizioni system while on BRT’s side it was actually missing part of it (street and house number). Now I don’t know whether the mistake was Packlink’s when creating the label or BRT’s. In the end, despite various complaints to both Packlink and BRT, the package will be sent back and I don’t even know whether I’ll have to pay for the shipping again because of an error that wasn’t mine.
