I bought a set of tires and a mounting service from a tire shop in my city, all on eBay. I paid for the installation separately through eBay's service, about €40. When I went by appointment to have them fitted, they had me sit down and when they finished the job they gave me back the car with the registration booklet where they had applied a sticker with the tire specifications, the problem is that they are not the ones I bought. Now eBay writes to me saying they reviewed it and I “won the dispute” and that I can return the tires. Advice?? I no longer have my old tires; if I take these off, do I have to set the car down on the ground? And the costs + the damage, loss of work + without a car because I have to order other tires?? What the heck am I supposed to do? Any ideas?? Thanks
