Good evening, I bought a shipment on eBay Spedisci to send 4 13-inch alloy wheels to one of my customers. In the booking forms I indicated that they should ring a different surname, since I was away for work and could not be present at the time of pickup. The courier called me; unfortunately I could not answer, and after calling the courier back and informing them of this, they closed the shipment case. On Wednesday the 28th I sent my brother to the Bartolini in Taranto, where they sent him to a Bartolini pickup point where he handed over the wheels. After a couple of days, having received no feedback, I sent my brother again to check the shipment status, and to his surprise, the package had not been picked up by the courier. When I asked for the reasons, it was reported that the indicated weight was 1 kg, while on the form and on the accompanying note the reported kg were 10. I had to request a refund for the shipment with BRT and pay another courier again to send these wheels. Now, I won't see my money until March 29, I've spent more than I'm earning from the sale, and who is going to reimburse me for the lost hours off work, the fuel for the trips, and the time wasted?
