More and more often I keep running into sellers from all over the world who, after completing the transaction and receiving positive Feedback, disappear into thin air, without leaving their Feedback and without even replying to messages of "reminder".I found out that now eBay automatically leaves positive Feedback to sellers who are not left Feedback for the transactions.. but why doesn't eBay extend this "favor" to buyers who don't receive feedback from sellers??? Are buyers second-class users for eBay? Why do they have fewer rights than sellers? Shouldn't the rules and rights apply to everyone? Instead, you spend 400/500 euros on an item, make sure to leave excellent feedback for the seller in question, thank them, but then in return you don't even get what is rightfully due to you after sending payment! There are many sellers who leave it automatically, but many others who simply don't care about returning the favor and that doesn't seem right to me at all and I think it is deplorable that eBay leaves buyers alone regarding this problem and doesn't step in seriously, in this way all the nice words of the eBay community go to waste.. Why doesn't eBay introduce automatic Feedback for paying buyers too??? Then people complain that customers flee eBay to move to other online commerce platforms where they feel more protected.. A buyer who pays has the sacred right to receive feedback for that transaction and if the seller doesn't do it then eBay must step in, just as it does for sellers! eBay, if you're there, give us a sign while you count the money you make us earn every day, us buyers, thanks!
