Hello, I sent an item to a buyer with post priority international. The problem is that I have to provide the shipping code, but I can't track it, meaning, before I used to be able to, by entering the post priority international form code on the wherewhen site, and I could understand whether it was in Italy or not, and at least, on the site the shipping date and some information would appear. Now I can't track it. I'd like to understand whether I'm writing it wrong, or whether you also can't view information on the wherewhen site by entering the shipping code?I can't give the customer the shipping code until I'm sure it's written correctly. Yet the post office site won't accept it. I tried attaching it as a photo but it was flagged as spam. I think you can attach a postapriority international code, since it doesn't have either a surname or a first name on it, and it doesn't provide personal data. Why is it being flagged as spam? There's nothing personal in postapriority international... I wanted to show the code so I can prove that I'm writing it correctly.... Thanks for the information
