Hello everyone, I'll get straight to the point: the other day I sold an item to a user with 0 feedback who registered the same day, but I assumed they had bought it as an unregistered user, with a username probably generated by eBay (made up of 4 letters - 4 numbers). When I tried to arrange the shipping, it gave me an address error, so I kindly asked if they could send me the correct details, but they replied to the question with a message from another account, also with 0 feedback, but a user for 2 years.Has anything like this ever happened to you? How should I handle it? In short, what puzzles me is the double account and the fact that the message came from a different account than the one they used to buy.thanks in advance for the help and suggestions.
