Good morning everyone,I bought a solar panel LED floodlight. The item arrived not as described, brand new. Visibly used, with missing parts, covered in bird droppings, and on the package there was still the return label from the previous return with all the first buyer’s personal data. I contacted the seller, who accepted the replacement request, but still let several days go by for no reason.The replacement floodlight arrived defective, not working. I contacted the seller again, who offered to replace the defective floodlight.Unfortunately, despite reminders, he did not send it, and now it has been days since he stopped replying. I started the return procedure, but he rejected it.How should I proceed?
