Good morning, a book sent by post 4 after almost a month (28 days) has not arrived. Today I reported the issue on the platform and the seller replies that I should wait a little longer. I wouldn’t have any problem waiting, but the possibility of a refund, under the contract, expires after 30 days. My doubt is: now that I have started the dispute, and he has replied, how long do I have to report that the item has actually not arrived? how long can I wait?
