An Australian buyer wins the Fountain pen on 16/04, I ship it by international registered mail and provide the tracking code by writing it in the appropriate space.....after 40 days of silence, the buyer opens a dispute saying they have not received the item........but does not answer my dispute questions where I had provided the tracking legend.....3 days later E -BAY refunds them saying I had not provided proof of the shipping code??? Either they don’t read it or they’re playing dumb......I lose the pen and the money ...I really feel like I’m the one being scammed as a seller.....Has something similar happened to any of you too. Thanks
