I bought a battery for a drill and they didn’t give me any document (receipt or invoice) for the warranty, telling me that it said it was sold without a receipt. I didn’t see that and I bought it. When it arrived I saw that there was no receipt and I asked for the receipt, but I was told that a private seller is not required to give a receipt....and now if it breaks what am I supposed to do??? Ebay is responsible for this and can’t give space to people who don’t provide guarantees for the products listed on its platform....
