Help!! Sorry, it’s my first sale through eBay and this might seem like a silly question, but now I have no idea how to get out of this! I just completed a sale on eBay, specifying that the shipping costs (7 Euro) are to be paid by the buyer. The eBay notification confirms that the buyer has duly paid the full amount (5 Euro for the item + 7 for shipping). Now I should prepare the label and... eBay “says” that I should pay for shipping! How is that possible? Thanks!
