Good evening everyone.I have a problem with a delivery to a pickup point. I made a purchase selecting delivery to a pickup point. For convenience, I chose a business near my home.Checking the tracking, the package had been marked as delivered for days.I go to the pickup point and the owner, seeing that it was delivered by AmazonLogistics, asks me for the pickup code. A code I never received and that the seller says they don’t have and therefore keeps insisting that the problem is between me and the pickup point.Has anyone gone through the same bad experience? Any advice?thanks everyone
