Hello, the negative feedback I felt compelled to leave the seller for the purchase is, I believe, eloquent of how things went. What surprises me are the shared and explicit eBay rules on returns, which force me to take responsibility for it despite the modest cost of the item purchased, so the seller can clearly take advantage of this by sending non-compliant products and then not responding to the buyer’s requests. I have noticed from recent feedback that I am not the only one who has experienced this situation. It seems to me that eBay used to be more attentive to such matters and especially to users. (the feedback: The decoder has the setting in Italian but then it does not change it and remains in a foreign language. I contacted the seller three times and they did not provide a solution, even though in their sales listing they assure support and despite the fact that on my third request I had proposed one myself. For the return I would have to pay almost € 10 in postage costs at my expense for an item I paid 21,89. I remain available for a solution, but nothing is done except disappearing, especially when contacted politely).
