Good evening, I bought a pair of AirPods and received a counterfeit, non-working one (and I got confirmation from an Apple store that it’s a fake). The seller accepted the return but said he will issue the refund only after receiving and checking the product. He claims that the return shipping costs are my responsibility, even though in the return process the message said to ask the seller for the return label with the shipping costs at his expense. How do you recommend proceeding?
