Good morning, I need help regarding a product won at auction and immediately afterward purchased through the site. Later the seller canceled the order and, as part of the procedure, I contacted him through the eBay site, and he confirmed that he will not send the order. So I proceeded with the refund, but eBay notified me that the order was canceled and for some reason it is not possible for now to request the refund, telling me that I have to wait until March 6, and only then could I report that the order has not arrived. Today, as it is March 6, I still can't report that the product hasn't arrived, so I'm trying to find a solution. I already wrote a WhatsApp message to ebay italia explaining the problem. If someone knows the procedure to do this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks
