Hello,I sold an Xbox One controller for 20 euros in an auction. As soon as the buyer receives the package, he opens a return case claiming it doesn't work and that it's even filthy.Setting aside the fact that the controller worked perfectly before it was shipped, well boxed and protected, how should I handle this?I offered to help him set up the controller, update the firmware, and figure out whether he was using a PC or Xbox, but he brushes it off saying it doesn't work and it's dirty.I insisted, proposing solutions even on YouTube or the ones Microsoft itself suggests, up to offering him a partial refund while keeping the controller or a full refund except for the shipping costs, since I paid more than 10 euros for those, but he isn't replying anymore.How should I handle it? On my side, I'm completely willing to cooperate, I would at least like not to pay shipping twice, at least that.
